Power) Project and Infrastructure Project. Furthermore, Indo-ASEAN Project that Machinery
Department collaborates with Indo-ASEAN Countries to promote and supply India Premium
Products, our new resource, to this region.
SMART FACTORY
Smart factory is an industrial unit that can maximize operational efficiency and productivity by making
machine and equipment improve processes through automation and self-optimization.
The technology of the internet of things (IoT) is a system connecting computing devices, mechanical and
digital machines to transfer and analyze data over a network automatically without requiring human-to-human
or human-to-computer interaction.
1. Machine Visualization System
By installing visualization system to machines, equipment availability data will be integrated to server and displayed
directly to your smartphones, tablets, and PCs. You can monitor the status of each machine in real time, reduce
manpower cost to input the data manually, and use those data for the production’s quality improvement.
2. Smart Logistics
Logistics management system effectively assists you
to handle and categorize a great number of logistics
materials such as pallets, containers, and racks. With
its user-friendly system, you can use your smart phone
application to record data and send those for data
visualization via PC. With this system, it well lessens logistics
materials’ searching time and avoids the risk of loss during
transportation and delivery.
3. Predictive Maintenance
The system analyzed by AI and autocorrelation can
automatically detect abnormalities of rotating machines
(e.g. motors, pumps) and schedule the appropriate dates
for predictive maintenance in advance from collected data
such as: electric current, temperature, and vibration which
can prevent machinery breakdowns.
