Organizing at least one official
welcome reception as the host city

• Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau or TCEB must summit
formal invitation to BMA to be a co-host any events held in Bangkok.
The Governor of Bangkok will consider and approve the principles to be
co-hosting the event at least 1 year in advance to prepare the budget for
operations in the next fiscal year.
• When BMA has co-host status, certain conditions must be met to be able
to hold an official welcome reception.

• Thai-Japan Bangkok Youth Center
• Bangkok Arena Stadium
• BMA City hall square (Lan Khon Mueang)
• Bangkok Art & Culture Centre
• Public parks such as Nong bon sport center, Suan Luang Rama IX Park,
Vachirabenjatas Park, Lumpini Park, Benjakitti Park, Benchasiri Park,
Santichaiprakan Park

Remark:
Alcohol beverages are not allowed in official venues.
Use of the park must be in accordance with specified regulations and laws.
