I get along very well with all the Deans of Economics at TU, and I am fortunate to know
            them, and through them, many more faculty colleagues.

                  I will miss Bhanupong, his laughter, his thoughts, and many of his cherished academic ideas.
            We will never forget him and his contributions to TU, our Trilateral Workshop Series, and his
            scholarship.
                  Rest now my good friend and colleague for you have already done so much.







            Euston Quah is the Albert Winsemius Chair Professor of Economics at Nanyang Technological
            University (NTU) in Singapore. He previously served as the Head of the Division of Economics at
            NTU (2005 to 2020). He is currently President of the Economic Society of Singapore and Editor
            of the Singapore Economic Review. He has published widely in the fields of cost-benefit analysis,
            environmental economics, and law and economics. He was educated at Simon Fraser University
            (1982), the University of Victoria (1984), and the National University of Singapore (1988).
