ผ้าและผลิตภัณฑ์จากผ้า / Textile and Fabric Products
SALETE takes its name from a fragrant flower native to
Northeastern Thailand. The bags are crafted by combining
traditional handwoven Mudmee silk, a heritage textile wisdom
passed down through generations, with genuine leather to
create contemporary and practical handbag designs.
Most of the silk is sourced from the Ban Sok Somkob Arts
and Crafts Promotion Project in Khon Kaen Province.
The designs are inspired by Thai traditional custume and
architectural light and shadow, resulting in distinctive,
modern forms that reflect Thai identity while elevating
Thai silk to the international market.
