For corporate agents (General Sales and Services Agent: GSSA), as of 2025, the Company had more than 50
authorized agents, covering key markets across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Australia. These agents play a significant role
in driving sales performance and enhancing global brand awareness of Thailand Privilege. The Company places
strong emphasis on the selection, monitoring, and ongoing performance evaluation of authorized agents to ensure
that service standards remain consistent with the Company’s policies and corporate image.
Sales Strategy and Support
The Company implements a sales strategy that emphasizes support and relationship building with authorized
agents through the following initiatives:
• Training programs to provide knowledge on products, application procedures, and member privileges
• Incentive programs and annual appreciation activities for authorized agents
• Sales promotion activities for Reserve, Diamond, and Platinum membership categories, offering special
pricing for the next family member (Next Member) to encourage increased sales
• Development of standardized marketing materials and sales documents to support effective
communication in each market
• Utilization of sales management systems and online application platforms for agents, to facilitate
efficient management of membership card sales
Performance Highlights
In 2025, sales through authorized agents remained the Company’s primary sales channel. The Company expanded
its agent network in high-potential target markets, including China, Japan, Europe, and the United States, while also
enhancing digital channels to ensure that the membership application process is more convenient and secure.
The implementation of these strategies enabled the Company to maintain continuous growth in sales performance
and membership numbers.
Future Direction
The Company plans to further develop and strengthen its sales systems and authorized agent network, with a focus
on expanding into the Middle East and South Asia. In addition, the Company aims to enhance collaboration with
business partners in the tourism, service, and real estate sectors, both domestically and internationally, to deliver
a wider range of privileges that better align with diverse lifestyle needs. Furthermore, the Company will continue
to upgrade its data management systems and fully digitize sales processes, in order to enhance the efficiency of
customer data analysis and support the formulation of proactive sales strategies in the future.
