Congratulations on the successful conclusion of "The 45 Academia," the "Leaders of
Tomorrow" program by SCB Julius Baer. You might remember, as I mentioned at the
beginning, being a leader of tomorrow is not trivial. It comes with expectations, respon-
sibilities, and numerous unknowns in an ever-changing world.

We aimed to guide you and stand as your partners on this leadership journey, with "The
45 Academia" knowledge as a foundation.

Therefore, we designed our program to prepare you for upcoming challenges.
Furthermore, we featured inspiring speakers, empowered strategic thinking, honed
management skills, and provided access to investment knowledge for your success.

Moreover, we engaged in practical workshops,
gained insights, and valuable skills. We topped
it all with an enriching Switzerland trip for an
even broader global perspective.

More importantly, we also focused on building
lasting relationships, empowering participants
for family, business, and social leadership. You
are now part of a network of leaders shaping
