PROGRAM DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE

Throughout the past few months, as the program director of The 45 Academia,
I am delighted that all participants have journeyed through this knowledge
exploration together. I hope that we will collectively gain a valuable experiences
from this endeavor.

I would like to reflect back to the day we initiated this program with utmost
determination, starting from the executives of SCB Julius Baer, Julius Baer,
and Siam Commercial Bank. They laid the foundation for this program, empha-
sizing genuine knowledge transfer for practical application in family business

and leadership. The entire team worked tirelessly to develop program content
that aligns with the executives' sincere intentions. We incorporated guidance
from the program dean, mentors, education board members, and speakers
into this program. While there may have been some imperfections due to it
being our first attempt, we earnestly hope that the knowledge acquired from
this program will be beneficial, adaptable, and leave us with fond memories.

Lastly , in my role as Program Director, I would

like to express my gratitude to all participants
who expressed interest in the 45 academia
“Leader of Tomorrow” program. I extend my
heartfelt thanks to the support received from
executives of SCB Julius Baer, Julius Baer and
Siam Commercial Bank, mentors, speakers, and
the entire team who contributed to the success
of "The 45 Academia" program.
