 4.   If a Party fails to provide the notification referred to in paragraph
 3, the matter shall be automatically placed on the agenda for the   PARTY-SPECIFIC TRANSITION PERIODS
 next  regular  meeting  of  the  Committee  on  the  Business
 Environment.
                       For the purposes of this Annex:
