Ludovic (Ludo) Lacrosse has spent more than 40 years professionally in the energy and
environment sector. He has managed multilateral cooperation programmes, and development /
co-development projects within the Asian Region. He served as an advisor to renewable energy
and energy efficiency policymakers, and facilitated business in the clean energy space, especially
in bioenergy. Ludo’s expertise covers a wide range of fields including climate change, institutional
development, public-private partnerships, and capacity building. He has a Master’s degree in
Biochemical Engineering, an Executive MBA, and a Doctoral degree in Agriculture and Bioenergy.
He lives in Belgium with his wife Colette.
