กฎการใชบัตร ทรัพยากร

Resource Card
อพยพได 20 คน สํารวจได 1 จุด ชวยได 5 คน
Can evacuate 20 people, survey 1 set, help 5 people Usage Rules

1. อพยพคน: อาหาร 1+ น้ํา 1 ใบ = อพยพได 20 คน
Evacuate people: Food 1 + Water 1 = Evacuate 20 people
2. สํารวจพื้นที่: ไฟฉาย 1 ใบ = สํารวจได 1 จุด / Survey the area: Flashlight 1 = Survey 1 point

3. ชวยผูบาดเจ็บ: ชุดปฐมพยาบาล 1 ใบ = ชวยได 5 คน
Help the injured: First aid kit 1 = Help 5 people

4. หามสงบัตรขามทีม / Do not pass cards across teams
• ตองสงตามลําดับที่กําหนด / Must be passed in the specified order
• ทีมทรัพยากรตองรับคืนบัตรเทานั้น / The resource team must return the cards only

5. การใชบัตรตองชัดเจน / The use of cards must be clear
• ระบุจํานวนและวัตถุประสงค / Specify the number and purpose
• แจงใหทุกทีมทราบ / Inform all teams

6. การบันทึกตองเปนปจจุบัน / Records must be current
• บันทึกทุกครั้งที่มีการใช / Record every time they are used
• ตรวจสอบไดตลอดเวลา / Can be checked at any time

7. ใชแลวไมสามารถเรียกคืนแมทอยลูกเตาลมเหลว
Once used, they cannot be recalled even if the dice fail

การแจกบัตรทรัพยากรชุดที่ 2

Distribution of Resource Set 2
ผูแจก: ผูนําเกม / istribution by: Game Leader

เงื่อนไขการแจก: / Distribution Conditions:
1. เมื่อทีมทรัพยากรรายงานวาทรัพยากรในคลังเหลือนอยกวา 25% ของจํานวนเริ่มตน หรือ
When the Resource Team reports that the remaining resources in the inventory are less than 25%
of the initial amount, or

2. เมื่อจบ รอบที่ 3 (ถายังไมไดแจก)เพื่อใหทีมมีโอกาสบริหารจัดการในรอบสุดทาย)
At the end of Round 3 (if not distributed) to give the team a chance to manage in the final round)

ขั้นตอนการแจก: / Distribution Procedure:
1. ผูนําเกมมอบบัตรทรัพยากร ชุดที่ 2 ใหทีมทรัพยากร
The Game Leader distributes Resource Set 2 to the Resource Team
2. ทีมทรัพยากรประกาศใหทุกทีมทราบวาไดรับทรัพยากรเพิ่ม

The Resource Team announces to all teams that they have received additional resources
3. ทีมทรัพยากรเริ่มบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรชุดใหมตามระบบปกติ
The Resource Team starts managing the new Resource Set as usual Recording:

• ทีมทรัพยากรตองแยกบันทึกการใชทรัพยากร ชุดที่ 2
The Resource Team must record the use of Resource Set 2 separately

• รายงานสถานะทรัพยากรรวมทั้ง 2 ชุด ทุกรอบ
Report the status of both sets of resources every round
