PREFACE

Office of the National Land Policy Board’s 2023 Annual Performance Report was prepared to
present its achievements in the management of national land and soil resources in accordance with the
th
20-Year National Strategy, National Reform Plan and the 13 National Economic and Social Develop-
ment Plan. It outlines the development of the National Land and Soil Resource Management Policy
and Plan B.E. 2566 – 2570 (2023 – 2027), the revision of the State land boundary using a scale of 1
: 4000 (One Map), verification of the possessory right over State land, implementation of the land
allocation to communities policy, development of tools, mechanisms, and collaboration to enhance
the efficiency of land and Soil Resource Management as well as enhancement ONLB’s institutional
and personnel capacities.
Office of the National Land Policy Board sincerely hopes that this 2023 Annual Performance
Report will be beneficial for relevant stakeholders to understand our roles, missions, responsibilities
and key achievements in relation to the national land and soil management.
