1. General Information of the Company



                 Background
                 Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (TPC) was established pursuant to the Cabinet Resolution dated 29 July 2003,
            authorizing the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) to implement the membership card project under the name
            Thailand Privilege. The Company was established with a registered capital of THB 1,000 million, divided into
            10 million shares with a par value of THB 100 per share.


                 The establishment of the Thailand Privilege membership card project was intended to support the national
            policy on tourism promotion, with the objective of defining strategies to promote the tourism industry in a sustainable
            manner and to generate broad-based benefits for Thailand. The project adopts the concept of an exclusive
            membership club, enabling foreign nationals who appreciate Thailand’s distinctive identity and strengths including
            tourism, sports, health and wellness, cuisine, as well as arts and culture to apply for membership. This approach
            aims to build a base of high-quality tourists with strong purchasing power, thereby enhancing public relations,
            marketing efforts, and the promotion of tourism in a more effective manner. Furthermore, membership fees and
            members’ expenditures during their stay in Thailand serve as an additional channel for generating income for
            the tourism industry and related sectors. The project is also aligned with the Tourism Strategic Plan of the Tourism
            Authority of Thailand (TAT).


                 In fiscal year 2025, the Company recorded a total of 39,538 members (member data as of 30 September
            2025), representing members from more than 100 countries worldwide. Among members who purchased newly
            introduced membership card categories during the period 2023-2025, the top ten nationalities were China,
            the United States, Myanmar, Taiwan, Japan, the United Kingdom, Vanuatu, Russia, Australia and Germany.
