benefits from financial investments and debt instruments, including comparisons between current
                       investment approaches and proposed future investment strategies.
                    4.   To recommend financial investment strategies as potential channels for generating additional income
                       or benefits through the expansion of the Company’s existing investment portfolio.
                    5.   To identify and select financial institutions in both the public and private sectors, as well as new
                       investment instruments, such as debt securities, short-term investments, bonds, debentures, long-term
                       investments, equity investments, and real estate investments.
                    6.   To invite relevant persons or representatives from related organizations to participate in discussions
                       regarding investment structures and feasibility for consideration by the subcommittee.
                    7.   To prepare investment feasibility reports and financial planning recommendations for submission to
                       the Board of Directors for consideration.
                    8.  To perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

                      Authority and Responsibilities
                      Pursuant to Section 23 of the relevant state enterprise labour relations legislation, the Employee
            Relations Committee shall have the following duties:
                      1.   To provide opinions on improving operational efficiency of the state enterprise, as well as promoting
                           and developing sound labour relations.
                      2.  To promote reconciliation and resolve disputes within the state enterprise.
                      3.   To review and improve work regulations for the mutual benefit of the employer, employees, and
                           the state enterprise.
                      4.   To deliberate on and resolve employee grievances or labour union complaints, including matters
                           relating to disciplinary actions.
                      5.  To consult on improvements to employment conditions.
                    5.  The Employee Relations Committee shall serve a term of two years.
