The Company provided complimentary
tickets for members to attend Reignwood Icons of
Football 2025, a world-class golf tournament, held at
Robinswood Golf Club, Pathum Thani Province.
• Bumrungrad Care for Children:
The Company promoted a health-focused
seminar titled “Bumrungrad Care for Children” for
Chinese-speaking members. The event was held at
InterContinental Bangkok, Bangkok.

The Company promoted a special 10%
discount for members registering to attend Dragonfly
Summit 2025, offered exclusively to Thailand Privilege
members. The event was held at Paragon Hall, Siam
Paragon, Bangkok.
In addition, the Company enhanced its
communication channels to ensure greater accessibility
and convenience for members through E-Newsletters,
the Member Portal, and the Member Contact Center,
enabling members to efficiently receive information on
privileges, make reservations, and inquire about services.
During the reporting year, the results indicated
that members achieved an average satisfaction rate of
82.87% with member activities, while the participation
rate increased by 39.6% compared to the previous
year. These outcomes reflect the Company’s success
in delivering meaningful experiences and strengthening
long-term relationships with its members.
