        Incoming calls


                When a person is available
            •    Shall I put you through to him/her?

            •    May I ask who’s calling?

            •    Can I just ask what it’s about?

            •    Could you please hold?

            •    Please hold. I’ll put you through to him/her.



                When a person is NOT available
            •    I’m afraid his/her line is engaged.

            •    I’m afraid ... isn’t available at the moment.

            •    I’m afraid he/she’s in a meeting.

            •    Would you like to call back later?

            •    Shall I tell ... to call you back?

            •    Does ... have your number?
