We purchased a set of 3/8" sprockets from company A and a set of 3/8" chains from
company B, but the engineer said they could not be installed due to mismatch.
Later it was found that the chain pins were too short and the width was less than 5.7, so
the sprocket teeth failed to snap in. We had to go back to the market to find matchable
products, It was very time-consuming and labor intensive.
