                Mr. Arin Jira, Chairman of ASEAN-BAC Thailand, assumed the ASEAN-BAC Chairmanship
         from Dr. Robert Yap, Chairman of ASEAN-BAC Singapore, during ASEAN Chairmanship
         year on 21 January 2019. In this regard, it is an honoured to have His Excellency Mr. Virasakdi
         Futrakul, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs grace this handover ceremony.
