MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF

ASSOCIATION OF THAI TRAVEL AGENTS

On behalf of our members who are tourism entrepreneurs, the Association of Thai
Travel Agents (ATTA) has seen the continuous expansion of the Thai tourism business.
Currently, the Thai tourism industry is considered as the key mechanism to drive the
country’s overall economy.
In addition, Thailand has been widely recognized in the global tourism industry
since the country has several attractive factors; such as, diversity in tourist attractions,
traditional and cultural charm, unique tastes of Thai cuisine, as well as readiness in
event venues, and more importantly warm hospitality, the Thai smile. All these elements
have drawn the attention of tourists from many countries, and they are expected to
increase even further in the future.
ATTA has prepared this member's directory to update the information and
addresses of its members to be used as a database of the entrepreneurs who have
registered tourism businesses in Thailand. This would in turn generate the overall
benefit of all sectors by disseminating this information to relevant partner agencies,
both domestically and internationally, so to continue conducting the tourism business
between each other.
Finally, I would like to welcome with a warm heart all tourists from around the world
to come and travel in Thailand. Moreover, I would like to offer my sincere gratitude to
all of you for discovering your world in Thailand and hope that our country will give you
happiness as your selected destination as always.
