• Blood Donation Activity at the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society The Company
organized a blood donation activity at the National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, with
the objective of contributing donated blood for medical treatment of patients and supporting
the national blood reserve during periods of shortage across the country.
11.3 Governance Dimension
The Company conducts its business in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance,
emphasizing transparency, accountability, and auditability, while adhering strictly to ethical business practices.

• Establishment of a Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee to formulate policies
and oversee the implementation and performance of ESG-related initiatives.

conflicts of interest, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
