11. Report on the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability
Policy (ESG)
Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. conducts its business under the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
framework to promote sustainable growth in parallel with social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and
transparent corporate governance. The ESG framework serves as a guiding principle for the Company’s operations
under the Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2025 (B.E. 2568), with an emphasis on giving back to society, creating
shared value, and delivering positive impacts to stakeholders, while enhancing the Company’s positive image among
the public both domestically and internationally. The Company’s ESG implementation for the reporting period
comprises three core strategic pillars, as outlined below:

11.1 Environmental Dimension
• Financial Support for the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Royal Thai Navy, Sattahip
The Company provided financial contributions to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center of the Royal
Thai Navy, Sattahip, as part of its environmental conservation initiatives aimed at protecting endangered sea turtle
species. These activities included financial support for marine turtle conservation in Thailand, provision of equipment
for cleaning and maintaining turtle nursery ponds, and participation in sea turtle release activities to return turtles
to their natural habitats. These initiatives contribute to restoring marine ecosystem balance, raising environmental
awareness, and fostering a sense of responsibility toward sustainable tourism and marine conservation.
