The Challenging

12 Months

Dear All,

The past 12 months have been very challenging for all of us, for our families, for the
economy and for our company.

We had to learn and adapt working differently, traveling differently but also caring
differently. During this unprecedent crisis all of us had to find a new approach in our day
to day activities, this has created different environment with a sense of help by getting
closer to each other. The COVID-19 has been combined with a tough cyber-attack on
our networks, giving us another challenging dimension.

The aim has been to always protect our teams, staffs, to ensure the maximum safe
operations, all along the days with a strong resistance.

I would like to thank all of you for the tenacity and resilience during those difficult
events, as well as your cooperation at every moments.

ในช่วง 12 เดือนที่ผ่านมาเป็นสิ่งที่ท้าทายมากส�าหรับเราทุกคน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นครอบครัวของเรา เศรษฐกิจ
และ บริษัทของเรา

เราต้องเรียนรู้และปรับตัวในการท�างานที่เปลี่ยนแปลง การเดินทางที่ไม่เหมือนเดิม และการดูแลใส่ใจที่แตก
ต่างไป ในช่วงวิกฤตที่ไม่มีใครรู้นี้เราทุกคนต้องหาวิธีการใหม่ในการใช้ชีวิตประจ�าวันของเรา ซึ่งได้สร้างให้เกิด
สภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป ด้วยความรู้สึกช่วยเหลือที่ท�าให้รู้สึกใกล้ชิดกันมากขึ้น ทั้ง COVID-19 และทั้งการ
ถูกโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ที่ก่อให้เกิดความยากล�าบากบนเครือข่ายของเราท�าให้เรามีมิติที่ท้าทายเกิดขึ้นใหม่อีกครั้ง

จุดมุ่งหมายของเราคือการปกป้องทีมพนักงานเสมอมา เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการด�าเนินงานที่มีความปลอดภัย
สูงสุดตลอดวันด้วยความต้านทานที่แข็งแกร่ง

ผมขอขอบคุณทุกท่านส�าหรับความอุตสาหะมานะและความยืดหยุ่นในช่วงเหตุการณ์ที่ยากล�าบากเหล่านั้น
รวมไปถึงความร่วมมือของทุกท่านในทุกช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา
