convenience to customers in retrieving radiology images remotely while ensuring a sustainable path
for the future of radiology.

2. User/Patient-Friendly Experience and Increased Satisfaction Score:
The amount of transferred cases via the online portal was 291, with 23 patients participating in
a satisfaction survey. The results showed that the majority of the patients, 52% (12/23), were satisfied
with the radiology online portal. This indicates that patients had an excellent experience with the portal,
which is a positive development for improving patient experience and increasing trust in healthcare
service.
