Page 19 - A Life Well-Lived Is a Beautiful Memory
P. 19
Though a well-respected professor at Thammasat, Bhanu shed his professional persona
at home. He was simply Bhanu – no airs of a brilliant economist, just a man comfortable in
worn t-shirts, radiating down-to-earth humility.
These are just a few of the countless memories I cherish. One lesser-known detail: Bhanu
had a green thumb. He lovingly cultivated bougainvilleas in various colors and nurtured
beautiful hibiscuses in their home in Muang Ake.
We miss him dearly and pray for his eternal peace. I know, that wherever he may be,
he continues to watch over Divina with the same unwavering love.
