mission is successfully completed and implemented under the direction and framework
of the Election Commission’s Strategic Plan for 20 years (B.E. 2561 - 2580) (2018 - 2037),

summarised as follows:
1. Important work results include performance outcomes related to election
management tasks and investigation/enforcement activities, promotion and support of political

party activities, promotion of political participation, and accurate understanding of
governance about democratic form of government with the King as Head of State,

as well as development work of the OECT.
1.1 The Election of Members of the House of Representatives to fill vacant
seats, as follows:

1.1.1 Election of a member of the House of Representatives to
represent the 1st constituency of Chumphon province, to fill a vacant seat, with a voter turnout

of 72.44 percent.
1.1.2 Election of a member of the House of Representatives to represent
the 6th constituency of Songkhla province, to fill a vacant seat, with a voter turnout of

75.41 percent.
1.1.3 Election of a member of the House of Representatives to represent
the 9th constituency of Bangkok, to fill a vacant seat, with a voter turnout of

52.68 percent.
1.1.4 Election of a member of the House of Representatives to represent
the 3rd constituency of Ratchaburi province, to fill a vacant seat, with a voter

turnout of 55.10 percent.
1.1.5 Election of a member of the House of Representatives to represent

the 4th constituency of Lampang province, to fill a vacant seat, with a voter turnout of
60.36 percent.
1.2 Management and administration of elections has to be conducted

in an honest and just manner in order to bring honourable people to govern the country.
The Election Commission places importance on its missions in every aspect, including

controlling, observing, investigating, adjudicating, litigating in court, seeking information,
and protecting witnesses. This is achieved by strengthening and developing various
measures, such as improving the personnel involved in investigation and adjudication

by appointing investigation an inquiry officials and committees, and appointing a team
for news operation to gather useful information for the investigation and inquiry.
The OECT also established a rapid response team to prevent and combat corruption,

held committee meetings to diagnose problems or disputes, filter and provide opinions
on investigation and inquiry processes, protect witnesses to ensure their safety when
