2. Allocated with a fiscal budget for grant-in-aids and subsidised grants,
the OECT was given with 1,707,311,000 baht (one billion seven hundred seven million three

hundred eleven thousand baht) and spent on out-of-budget 1,815,155,325 baht
(one billion eight hundred fifteen million one hundred fifty-five thousand three hundred

twenty-five baht) to support expenditure plan of the fiscal year B.E. 2565 (2022),
which amounted to 3,523,070,325 baht (three billion five hundred twenty-three million
seventy thousand three hundred twenty-five baht) in total.

3. The result of the operation which has 3 strategies is in pursuant to 20-Year
Strategic Plan of the OECT B.E. (2540 - 2561). In fiscal year B.E. 2565 (2022), 289,843,150 baht
was set for operating 29 projects and 56 activities according to the Plan. However,

among them was merely 4 projects and 4 activities that had been instead
carried over for the next fiscal year B.E. 2566 (2023). Nevertheless, the Spread of
COVID-19 in B.E. 2565 (2022) has resulted in the operational plan of the Office - such as

holding training and seminar or executing any projects and activities -, as follows:
3.1 Strategy 1, accelerate integration election management and digital

administration, consists of 9 strategies, with 12 projects, 31 activities, with a budget
of 111,777,990 baht. There have been the approval of 12 projects, 28 activities, amounting
to 99,431,190 baht, disbursed in the amount of 27,681,322.43 baht, equivalent

to 27.84 percent of the approved amount. 3 projects, 3 activities, amounting to
5,129,200 baht, representing 5.16 percent of the approved amount were carried

forward to the implementation of fiscal year B.E. 2566 (2023).
3.2 Strategy 2, strengthen the strength of the democracy network and promote
the development of political parties, consists of 8 strategies, 9 projects, 11 activities, with a budget

of 106,147,550 baht. There have been the approval of 9 projects, 11 activities, amounting to
95,680,800 baht, disbursed in the amount of 52,867,097.43 baht, equivalent to 55.25 percent
of the approved amount. 1 project, 1 activity, amounting to 3,540,000 baht, representing

3.70 percent of the approved amount were carried forward to the implementation
of fiscal year B.E. 2566 (2023), in the amount of.
3.3 Strategy 3, building knowledge, power of faith, and joint power in the

democratic system of government with the King as head of state, consists of 7 strategies,
8 projects, 14 activities, with a budget of 71,957,610 baht. There have been the approval of

8 projects, 13 activities, amounting to 62,039,210 baht, disbursed in the amount of
55,739,462.23 baht, representing 89.85 percent of the approved amount.
