Performance
Past performance of PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd. included domestic investment
in alternative energy such as plans for producing electricity from solar energy in four projects,
plans for producing electricity from biomass, etc. In addition, PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd.
was assigned by the Ministry of Interior and the Provincial Electricity Authority to invest in the
construction of power plants to produce power from waste disposal in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
Furthermore in 2016, the company was studying and developing the project to produce power
from other alternative energy such as power production from industrial waste, etc.
Concerning overseas work, PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd. was negotiating to join
and invest in solar power production projects in Myanmar and Cambodia, submitting proposals
of service provision in design, construction power system maintenance and other related work,
etc.
PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd.’s past performances in engineering consultation and
other work included the purchase and installation of backup power generators for the Golden
Jubilee Museum of Agriculture Offce (Public Organization), the studies of impact from linking
fve wind energy systems to PEA for Energon Wayu Co., Ltd., organization of educational activities
regarding solar power production system installation on rooftops with Solar Power Roof Co., Ltd. and
providing power system inspection services for Siam Commercial Bank PCL at 86 branches, etc.
PEA International Co., Ltd. provided training services and hosted power system seminars
for domestic and foreign customers by preparing MOUs with the Faculty of Engineering and
Architecture, Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi, on academic cooperation
and investment businesses to conserve energy and be friendly to the environment. The company
debuted an LED light bulb product called “ENCOM LED” for distribution at 130 PEA Shops,
department stores, and distribution centers of household products and construction materials.
Connected Transactions
In 2016, PEA ENCOM International Co., Ltd. had no procurement/employment
transactions with PEA in a balance of 100 million baht and up.
