ยารักษาอาการชัก สามารถรักษาโรคอารมณ์สองขั้วได้เมื่อผู้ป่วยไม่ได้ตอบสนองต่อยาลิเทียม
ยากลุ่มนี้ ส่งผลต่อการท�างานของสารสื่อประสาท GABA เช่น Sodium Valproate เป็นต้น
Drugs that treat bipolar disorder when patients do not respond to lithium.
These drugs affect the function of the GABA neurotransmitters, such as sodium
valproate etc.

ยาที่ใช้รักษาอาการทางจิต ที่นิยมใช้ มี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ยากลุ่มเก่า (traditional
antipsychotics) มักพบผลข้างเคียงแบบ EPS และยากลุ่มใหม่ (atypical antipsychotics) ผล
ข้าวเคียงแบบ EPS น้อยลง
The drugs used to treat psychosis that are commonly in 2 groups, which are
traditional antipsychotics, or ‘EPS’, and new drugs (atypical antipsychotics).

ideas. It reduces stress levels and anxiety and increases relaxation.
