Progress The ESSE (S36)
Commenced on 23 April 2018 and expected to
be completed by 23 May 2020, this project is a
45- storey building with 338 residential units.
Work progress: for Tower Zone building, lift wall and
22th floor slab 100% completed; for podium work, basement
construction 90% completed, plumbing system and swimming pool
slab construction 100% completed; for exterior work, tiling 68%
completed; and waste water treatment work 80% completed.

และงานพื้นสระวายน้ำแลวเสร็จ 100%, ในสวนงาน
ภายนอกอาคาร มีงานปูกระเบื้องดำเนินการแลว 68%
และงานระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียดำเนินการแลว 80%
