Commenced on 4 December 2018 and expected to be completed
by 3 May 2021, UOBH project is a 33-storey office building
with 6 basements, located between Soi Sukhumvit 24 and Soi
Sukhumvit 26.
Overall work is 9.04% completed (as of 31 May 2019).
Structural work is 83.08% completed for the soil protection
system construction, 100% completed for excavation and steel
bracing layer 1 to 4, and 68% completed for pile head cut off.

งานโครงสรางเหล็ก ชั้น 1-4 แลวเสร็จ 100%, งานขุดดิน
จนถึงงานโครงสรางเหล็กชั้น 4 แลวเสร็จ 100%
และงานตัดเสาเข็มดำเนินการแลว 68.0%
