Progress The ESSE (Singha Complex Condominium)

Commenced on 1 June 2017 and expected to be completed by 30 September
2019, the ESSE project is a 58-storey building with 177 residential units. Work
progress as of 31 May 2019:

Structural work is 100% completed for lift wall, concrete columns
and slabs, fire escape no. 1 from the 1st floor to the roof, and podium structural
work. Roof feature construction is 91.5% completed. Architectural work is
100% completed for masonry wall, 96% completed for plastering work,
72% completed for ceiling work, and 89% completed for tiling work.

เสาและงานพื้น, งานเทคอนกรีตบันไดหนีไฟ ตัวที่ 1 ชั้น 1 ถึงหลังคา และงานบันได
หนีไฟ, งานโครงสรางโพเดียมทั้งหมดเสร็จแลว 100% และในสวนงานโครงเหล็ก
หลังคาดำเนินการแลว 91.5% งานสถาปตยกรรม ในสวนของงานผนังเสร็จแลว 100%,
งานฉาบดำเนินการแลว 96%, งานฝาเพดานดำเนินการแลว 72% และงานปูกระเบื้อง
ดำเนินการแลว 89%
