I knew Tik long enough to say many good things about him. His innate intelligence,
kindness, and great personality are just a few of the qualities that made him a man of substance.
I still can’t believe that this devoted and dedicated husband of my friend is gone. Tik, as he was
fondly called, was seen caring for his wife, Divina, with so much dedication and love, while she
was recuperating from her stroke. An admirable trait to say the least.
May your soul rest in peace, Tik, and may you continue to be the angel of your wife on earth.
Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure.
Arlene is a long-time resident of Thailand. She is married to Sardar Abdullah Atiq Khan Rafiq,
a member of the former ruling royal family of Afghanistan. Arlene has two grown-up children.
