The land use inspection service under the Ministerial
Regulation Enforcing the Bangkok Comprehensive
Plan, B.E. 2556 (2013) assists residents and
developers intending to construct buildings or
undertake development projects in verifying
compliance with the requirements of the
Comprehensive Plan. In fiscal year 2025, a total
of 383 applicants, the general public business
operators, and both public and private agencies,
made use of this service.
