1.1 Selection of Senators as per the Royal Decree calling for the
Selection of Senators, B.E. 2567 (2024), announced and come into force in the Royal
Gazette on 11 May 2024 (B.E. 2567). The date of the Selection and application
dates are announced by the Election Commission of Thailand.
1.2 Appointment of Provincial Election Inspector
1.3 Appointment of the Committee of the Constituency and the
Election Director of the Constituency for the Member of the House of
Representatives by-election in Phitsanulok province in vacant position
1.4 Member of the House of Representatives by-election in
Constituency 1 for vacant postitions, Phitsanulok Province.
1.5 Elections of members of local assemblies or local administrators
1.6 Statistics on complaints, adjudications, and legal proceedings
1.7 Legal proceedings against offenders and lawsuits filed or arising
from official duties, with 394 cases pending in the fiscal year 2024 (B.E. 2567)
1.8 Key political party activities: 126 cases of party branches
establishment, 235 cases of party branch changes, and 34 cases of party branch
dissolutions
1.9 Dissolution of political parties and loss of party status in accordance
with the Organic Act on Political Parties, B.E. 2560 (2017) and its amendments
(No. 2), B.E. 2566 (2024). There were 3 cases with one party dissolved following
the order of the Constitutional Court.
1.10 The operations of the Political Party Development Fund allocated
subsidies to political parties in accordance with Section 81 of the Organic Act on
Political Parties, B.E. 2560 (2017) and its amendments (No. 2), B.E. 2566 (2024),
amounting to 139,859,956.72 baht (One hundred thirty-nine million, eight hundred
fifty-nine thousand nine hundred fifty-six baht and seventy-two satang).
1.11 Supervision of political parties toward becoming strong and
sustainable political institutions: In the fiscal year 2024 (B.E. 2567), the Office of the
Election Commission of Thailand conducted supervision of 413 party branches and
823 provincial party representatives.
1.12 Political party development initiatives: the Office of the
Election Commission of Thailand received budgetary support from the
Political Party Development Fund for the fiscal year 2024 (B.E. 2567)
under the 5-year Strategic Plan No. 2 of the Political Party Development
Fund (2021–2024 B.E. 2564 - 2567), with a total budget of 66,984,700 baht.
(Sixty-six million, nine hundred and eitght-four thousand seven hundred baht).
This budget was allocated for 9 projects aimed at achieving the goals of the Political
Party Development Fund’s Strategic Plan.
