1.13 Study visit services at the Democratic Education Center: In the

fiscal year 2024 (B.E. 2567), a total of 50 groups, comprising 2,875 participants,
visited the center. Additionally, 722 people joined the virtual visit through the
360-degree Virtual Tour program.

1.14 Issuance and revision of key regulations: a total of 14 regulations
were issued or amended.
1.15 Integrity and transparency assessment of government agencies: in
the fiscal year 2024 (B.E. 2567), the Office of the Election Commission of Thailand
ranked 1st among Independent Organs under the Constitution in the assessment of

integrity and transparency.
1.16 Assessment of standards for Moral communities, organisations,
districts, and provinces: the Office of the Election Commission of Thailand met

the evaluation criteria for being a moral organisation at the departmental level or
equivalent, or classified as being at the moral development level.
1.17 International cooperation:
1.17.1 Participation in meetings, seminars, and election
observation programs by invitation in 5 countries;

1.17.2 8 courtesy visits and participation in meetings between
representatives of the Office of the Election Commission of Thailand and
representatives of international organisations and international organs.

2. Budget expenditure results for the fiscal year 2024 (B.E. 2567):
the Election Commission of Thailand had gotten the allocated annual budget
and the subsidy budget in the amount of 3,176,258,900 baht (Three billion,
one hundred seventy-six million, two hundred fifty-eight thousand and nine
hundred baht). Central budget expenditure from the emergency reserve fund were

allocated for expenses related to the Selection of Senators, in the amount of
100,949,700 baht (One hundred million, nine hundred forty-nine thousand and
seven hundred baht), with additional off-budget funds of 1,665,873,600 baht

(One billion, six hundred sixty-five million, eight hundred seventy-three
thousand and six hundred baht), contributing to the total fiscal year 2024
(B.E. 2567) budget in the amount of 4,943,082,200 baht (Four billion, nine hundred
forty-three million, eighty-two thousand and two hundred baht).
3. The key performance results according to the Strategic Plan, based on

the Election Commission of Thailand’s 20-year Strategic Plan, B.E. 2561 - 2580
(2018–2037, revised edition) consist of 3 strategies. For the fiscal year 2024
(B.E. 2567), the budget of 256,546,400 baht (Two hundred fifty-six million, five

hundred forty-six thousand and four hundred baht) was set for the expenditure to
proceed with the operation plan to implement 23 projects, 42 activities according
