5.7 Focus on formulating correct knowledge and understanding about
the procedures and processes of selecting senators among the public, agencies,
networks, officials, and the media to ensure the successful selection of senators and to

ensure that senators are the true representatives of the people.
5.8 Developing political and electoral personnel at both the national and
local levels to be able to perform their duties appropriately and in accordance with
the law and regulations, to help promote and support personnel to be able to use their
knowledge, concepts and methods to develop and strengthen the political process.

5.9 Building confidence in the election management process by
developing a framework that incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) into operations
and facilitating voters, such as applications to facilitate the search for information
on checking eligibility and information on election candidates, vote counting results
reporting system, and a system for reporting reasons for not exercising the right to
vote electronically.

5.10 Developing investigation, inquiry and adjudication personnel,
developing work systems, including the preparation of documents, laws, regulations,
manuals and forms used in operations to be more relevant to the context. Raising
awareness of the importance of the role of the investigation, inquiry and adjudication
committee to ensure that elections, selections and referendums are conducted in an

honest, just and lawful manner. This includes prevention and deterrence of violations,
in order to reduce the problem of complaints.
5.11 Formulating lessons learned from judicial decision in election cases
for improving the investigation or inquiry process and the procedures for preparing
investigation or inquiry file, by establishing a standard for investigation and inquiry
that is consistent and more efficient. This will lead to obtaining complete and
comprehensive facts that are relevant to the issue and up to the conclusion of the

evidentiary stage, because the various procedures will result in a more efficient
investigation or inquiry file for proceeding under court’s consideration.
5.12 Pushing political parties to have a strong political culture that is
independent, free from control of any groups, and able to cope with political changes,
to become strong and sustainable political institutions which uphold the political will

and ideology according to the political system of governance in a democratic regime
under the King’s Head of State.
5.13 Amendment of regulations regarding the verification of all types
of election expenses to ensure that statement of facts or additional documents are
submitted in a consistent manner, including providing advice and guidance to election
candidates regarding the correct submission of income and expenditure accounts.
