power fuctuations, reduced power outage frequency and duration. In 2016, the System Average
Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) was 5.17 times/person/year, the System Average Interruption
Duration Index (SAIDI) was 153.13 minutes/person/year, with a loss of 5.40 percent and the

year of 2017 is expected to have a System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) of
4.61 times/person/year and a System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) of 118.85
                             minutes/person/year.
