Anxiety caused by a defect in the brain. Patients feel they have the wrong
kind of heart.
Catathymia แคท-เทอะ-ที-มี-เออะ
Ka-tuh-thee-mee-uh
ปมด้อยต่างๆ ที่มนุษย์พยายามกดไว้ในระดับจิตใต้ส�านึก ท�าให้พฤติกรรมการแสดงออก
เปลี่ยนแปลงไป เช่น มีปมด้อยว่าไม่สวย ถ้ามีมากจะท�าให้พฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกขาดความเหมาะ
สม เช่น กรี๊ดเสียงเพื่อเรียกร้องความสนใจ เป็นต้น
Various inferiority complexes that humans try to repress on the subconscious
level affect their emotional expression. For example, they may have an inferiority
complex, which makes them think they are not beautiful. If the complex is strong,
it will make the patient will act inappropriately, in screaming for attention.
Catatonia แคท-เทอะ-โท-นี-เออะ
Kat-uh-tohn-ee-uh
การคงท่า หรือส่วนของร่างกายไว้ในท่าที่ถูกจัดให้ พบในผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท ถ้าจับแขนให้ยก
ขึ้น ผู้ป่วยก็จะยกแขนอยู่อย่างนั้นจนกว่าจะมีใครจับลงให้
Keeping the posture or body part in a static position. Found in
schizophrenia. If holding the arms up the patient will keep then raised until
someone lowers them.
