เป็นความรู้สึกว่าได้เคยเห็น หรือคุ้นเคยกับสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งมาก่อนที่จะพบเห็น เช่น ผู้ป่วยเล่าว่า
ตนเองเคยเห็นพยาบาลคนนี้มาก่อนทั้งๆ ที่ผู้ป่วยเข้ารับการรักษาเป็นครั้งแรก
The feeling that one has seen or is familiar with something at a time prior to
actually seeing it for the first time.

Delirium

สภาวะเพ้อ สับสน งุนงง กระสับกระส่าย เสียความสามารถในการรับรู้วันเวลา สถานที่และ
บุคคล
Confusion, restlessness, disoriented feeling. The patient has lost the ability to
recognize persons, place and time.

De-leer-ee-um tre-munz
อาการจากการขาดสุรารุนแรง ผู้ป่วยมีอาการสับสนเฉียบพลันแบบภาวะ delirium อาการ
จะเกิดขึ้นภายใน 1 สัปดาห์หลังจากที่ลดปริมาณการดื่มหรือหยุดดื่มสุรา
Symptoms of severe alcoholism in patients with acute symptoms occur
within 1 week after severely reducing the amount of drinking or stopping entirely.
Delusion ดี-ลู-เชิ่น
De-loo-zhun
เป็นความเชื่อที่ฝังแน่นในใจ ส่วนใหญ่พบในผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หรือโรคซึมเศร้าชนิดรุนแรง ยก
ตัวอย่าง เช่น ผู้ป่วยเชื่อว่าตนเองตายไปแล้ว ทั้งๆ ที่ญาติยืนยันว่า ผู้ป่วยยังไม่ตาย เป็นต้น
Delusion is a deep belief that is not reality-based and is firmly embedded
in the mind. Most delusions are found in schizophrenic patients and severe
depressives. For example, the patient believes that he has died despite the fact
that the relatives vigorously tell him/her they are not dead.
