The Bang Khun Thian Sub-Center Master Plan defines six
principal development plans, namely : 1) land use promotion
plan; 2) transportation enhancement plan; 3) open space
development and promotion plan; 4) public utilities, facilities
and services plan; 5) water and coastal area management plan;
and 6) natural resources and environmental plan.

2) ศัูนัย์ชุ้มช้นัที่่�อยู่อาศััย เช้้�อมโยงวิิถ่นัำาและธรรมช้าติ
3) ศัูนัย์ชุ้มช้นัช้ายที่ะเลบางขุนัเที่่ยนั
Based on the study results, the following three areas
with high development potential were selected as
representatives of the districts with distinctive spatial
characteristics.
1) Bang Bon–Bang Khun Thian commercial center
2) Residential community center: integrating
waterfront livelihoods and the natural environment
3) Bang Khun Thian coastal community center
