From 2008 to 2024, Bangkok recorded a cumulative total of 1,033,213 completed and registered residential units, with an
average annual increase of 61,483 units. The majority of residential development has been concentrated in the western and
eastern suburban areas, while condominium and high-rise buildings have tended to cluster in the central business districts
and extend into adjacent residential zones.
