3. Marketing Performance
The marketing operations of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. during Fiscal Year 2025 were carried out in
accordance with the Company’s annual business plan, with a strong focus on targeted marketing strategies based
on clearly defined target segments. The target segmentation was structured as follows:
• Segmentation by Target Group (4 Groups)
1. Affluents Entreprenuers and Investors
2. Retirees / Pensioners
3. Expatriates Residing in Thailand (Expats)
4. Remote Workers / Digital Nomads / Workation
• Segmentation by Country Groups (3 Groups) ; Based on market potential, behavioral trends, and growth
opportunities, the target countries were categorized into three groups as follows:
1. Primary Markets: Primary markets refer to key target countries on which the Company places
strategic marketing emphasis, as these markets represent a high proportion of existing members and demonstrate
strong growth potential, favorable trends, and promising customer behavior. These countries include: People’s
Republic of China Japan United States of America United Kingdom Russian Federation
2. Secondary Markets: Secondary markets consist of target countries where the Company
aims to expand its customer base, as these markets demonstrate strong potential and growth opportunities for
membership expansion. These countries include: European Union Republic of Korea (South Korea) Republic of
the Union of Myanmar Republic of China (Taiwan) Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s
Republic of China (Hong Kong SAR)
3. High-Potential Markets: High-potential markets refer to target countries that the Company is
closely monitoring and studying for future market entry and expansion. These include: Gulf Cooperation Council
(GCC) countries Republic of India
The Company implemented integrated marketing strategies to promote its membership products, privileges,
and services, while strengthening brand awareness and positioning of the Thailand Privilege Program in accordance
with the established operational plan. Key marketing achievements are summarized as follows:
3.1 Online Marketing The Company implemented online marketing strategies targeting priority countries
in accordance with the corporate business plan, with the primary objective of lead generation—identifying and
acquiring prospective customers who are expected to become future members. The information obtained from
interested individuals was utilized to support the sales process and to increase the likelihood of membership
conversion, thereby serving as an additional channel to support direct sales through the Company’s own platforms.
In Fiscal Year 2025, the Company expanded its online communication channels to better reach target
audiences using languages other than English, particularly Chinese and Russian, in order to enhance the effectiveness
of marketing communications. Key platforms utilized included WeChat, Weibo, WhatsApp, VK, and other relevant
digital channels, enabling broader outreach and more effective engagement with international target markets.
