Annual Report 2025
3.5 Public Relations through the Company’s Communication Channels At present, the
Company’s public relations and communication activities are conducted through three primary channels, namely
Facebook, Instagram, and the Company’s website, which are widely used online platforms for disseminating
information regarding the Company’s operations and activities. However, given the diversity of nationalities among
the target audience and customer base of the Thailand Privilege Program, these communication channels alone
were not sufficient to comprehensively reach all target groups. Accordingly, in Fiscal Year 2025, the Company
established official accounts on additional platforms, including WhatsApp, WeChat, Weibo, and VK, in order to expand
communication channels and enhance engagement with members and prospective customers, particularly among
Chinese and Russian target audiences. As a result, the Company currently utilizes the following communication
channels for public relations and marketing communications:
WeChat Weibo WhatsApp VK Instagram Facebook
3.6 Production of Marketing Materials for Online and Offline Channels In Fiscal Year 2025,
the Company produced a wide range of content and promotional materials for use across both online and offline
communication channels. These included the creation of advertising and promotional media for various formats,
such as billboards, digital screens, and LED displays, as well as the design of artwork for online marketing
communications. In addition, the Company developed various marketing materials to support sales activities, including
brochures, flyers, roll-up banners, tabletop promotional signage, and other related materials. These communication
tools played a vital role in enhancing awareness, understanding, and clarity of the Company’s communication
objectives among target audiences.
3.7 Sales Promotion Activities Based on an analysis of customer decision-making trends, which
indicated that membership enrollment is significantly influenced by word-of-mouth recommendations from close
contacts, the Company formulated additional sales support initiatives. As part of this approach, the Company
implemented a Referral Program titled “Friend get Friends”, enabling existing members to recommend friends
to apply for Thailand Privilege membership. This initiative aimed to expand the customer and membership base
through existing members, increase direct sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and further enhance the relationship
between members and the Company.
