4.3 Collaboration with Relevant Organizations
The Company places significant importance on fostering collaboration with public sector agencies, private
sector partners, and relevant organizations in order to strengthen cooperative networks and enhance the effectiveness
of its operations. Through jointly organized activities and projects, these collaborations have supported smoother
communication, development, and operational execution, while creating mutual and sustainable long-term benefits.
In Fiscal Year 2025, the Company achieved several key outcomes from such collaborative efforts, including:
• Collaboration with MQDC to offer exclusive privileges to Thailand Privilege Card members across all
eight residential projects under the MQDC group, addressing the needs of foreign customers seeking
long-term residency and quality living in Thailand.
• Collaboration with Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) to provide exclusive wealth management privileges
to Thailand Privilege Card members, delivering comprehensive financial and investment experiences
tailored to high-potential foreign customers residing in Thailand.
• Collaboration with BDMS to offer healthcare services accompanied by special privileges for high-net-
worth foreign nationals, supporting Thailand’s positioning as “Wellness Hub Thailand” and reinforcing
its status as one of the Top 5 global destinations for wellness tourism. Thailand Privilege Card members
are able to access a wide range of healthcare and wellness benefits across multiple dimensions.

4.4 Corporate Image and Confidence Building
During the past year, the Company received several awards and recognitions across various areas, reflecting
its operational excellence and organizational standards that have been widely acknowledged. These achievements
not only enhanced the Company’s corporate image, but also continuously strengthened confidence among
stakeholders and the general public.
