4. Public Relations Activities
During the past year, the Company carried out public relations activities with a strong focus on enhancing
corporate image, building positive brand awareness, and continuously communicating the Company’s progress in
organizational development. These efforts covered improvements in operational processes, service development,
and the creation of positive experiences for all stakeholder groups. The Company implemented both proactive and
reactive public relations strategies, disseminated through a wide range of media channels, including print media,
digital media, and the Company’s online platforms, as well as through close collaboration with relevant media
partners. These initiatives aimed to ensure that the Company’s information reached target audiences more broadly
and effectively. In Fiscal Year 2025, the Company achieved several key public relations outcomes as outlined below.
4.1 Media Relations Activities
To strengthen corporate image and promote accurate understanding of the Company’s operations,
the Company placed significant emphasis on building strong and sustainable relationships with the media through
various media relations activities. These initiatives provided opportunities for the Company to communicate and
exchange information closely with relevant media representatives, while fostering a cooperative and mutually
beneficial relationship between the organization and the media on an ongoing basis. In Fiscal Year 2025, the Company
expanded its network of international media outlets to further support and promote corporate communications
aligned with its primary target audience—foreign nationals seeking long-term residency in Thailand. Key activities
included:
• Media Group Interviews conducted jointly with Company executives
• Exclusive Interview activities involving selected media representatives, including:
1. Exclusive interviews with @Thaibiz, a Japanese-language media outlet, to communicate with Japanese
customers in Thailand and overseas
2. Exclusive interviews with the Bangkok Post to reach expatriates residing in Thailand and leading business
communities
3. Exclusive interviews with 15 media outlets during the Thank Press activity, involving media from the
tourism, business, and marketing sectors
• Media Visit activities, including participation in congratulatory visits to major media organizations on the
occasion of their anniversary celebrations throughout the year
• Media engagement activities during festive occasions, such as New Year, Chinese New Year, and the
Mid-Autumn Festival, aimed at strengthening proactive relationships with relevant media partners, monitoring
media activities, and directly receiving feedback and recommendations from media representatives
