                                     •  Conduct operation in accordance with the government policy, serve as sources of capital
                                       for government agencies, support small business entrepreneurs and communities,
                                       promote savings and provide assistance to the nation, such as measures to aid people who
                                       have been affected by Covid-19 situation, remedial measures, loans to improve liquidity
                                       and revitalize the economy and spatial rehabilitation measures for urgent assistance,
                                       soft loan program for the Office of the Government Pawnshop.
                                     •  Financial strengthening through loans for grassroots economy project, such as
                                       the Pracharat Sang Thai Loans, People's Bank for hawkers, street vendors, independent
                                       entrepreneurs and low-income earners.
                                     •  Solve poverty problems by uplifting the grassroots economy, such as providing sources

                                       of capital, low-interest loans and develop skills for workers who hold state welfare card
                                       to be able to find occupation and access to formal sources of fund.
                                     •  Promote savings and develop financial potential with cutting-edge financial products
                                       and services with digital technology such as digital savings demand deposit, special
                                       premium savings certificates, establishment of Thailand's first public financial institution
                                       to deposit-withdraw money and provide financial transactions for members and
                                       communities, as well as being a source of working capital for members and communities.



                                     •  Emphasize on increase opportunities to access to financial services and financial
                                       educations for grassroots customers or customers who live in remote areas.
                                     •  Provide loans to improve liquidity in the economic system with appropriate and fair
                                       interest rates.
                                     •  Upgrading the branch offices to be centers for grassroots economic sustainability

                                       development (Social Branch) and Financial Logistic Centers which offer products for
                                       society and grassroots people such as Street Food loans, Homestay loans in order to
                                       reduce inequality and increasing access to financial services for the grassroots people.
                                     •  Remedial measures for people who are affected by events such as natural disasters,
                                       outbreak, interest rate cut under MPC's policy.
                                     •  Upgrading the quality of life of grassroots people through mechanisms, namely 1. Creation
                                       of knowledge and occupations, 2. Creation of markets and incomes, 3. Creation of financial
                                       history to raise incomes of the people and reduce inequality in society.
                                     •  Announcement of joint investment to provide vehicle title loan service with low interest rate.
                                     •  Support social enterprise operators to access to capital and promote sustainable
                                       community and social development.
                                     •  Participate in the development of e-commerce standards to support electronic transactions
                                       in Thailand.
                                     •  Debt Clinic Project to help people to solve bad debt, credit card debt problems, including
                                       credit card debts which are in the court processes or already received court orders, and
                                       initiated credit card debt refinance project in order to reduce interest burden for people
                                       with good financial discipline and payment history.
                                     •  Promote and develop the potential of Startups and SMEs, provide sources of capital
                                       for potential Startups and SMEs which require capital to establish business, develop
                                       products or services, or expand business.
