This project aims to foster participation from all sectors in preparing a master plan,
specific plans, and an action plan for the development of the Lat Krabang Sub-Center
as an urban commercial hub. It also establishes city planning measures and instruments
that are consistent with the Ministerial Regulations and the Bangkok Comprehensive
Plan and appropriately responsive to community needs.
