The master plan establishes the vision of
“Lat Krabang: A City of Innovation and
a Well-Being Ecosystem,” emphasizing
the integration of key ecological systems
within the area in order to enhance
community quality and strengthen national
competitiveness. The area development
plan further defines the vision of
“A Gateway of Opportunity to Bangkok

modern transportation, logistics, tourism, Master Plan for the Development of Lat Krabang Sub-Center and Adjacent Areas
trade, and service systems. This approach
positions the area as a major transportation
hub, a destination for nature- and culture-based
tourism, a vibrant commercial center, and
a hub for research in medicine, agriculture,
and food innovation.
