Units Sales Categorized by Customer Group
                   • The residences group had a ratio of 23.86 of total power distribution, or growth of 6.97
percent from hot weather, particularly in March – May 2016, which had a higher mean temperature
than the same period in 2015, resulting in higher power use for cooling. Furthermore, in 2016,
more electrical communication devices were used such as smartphones, computer tablets and
digital cameras, which can be be refected from the fact that power use in residences was higher
than 150 units per month, a growth of 10.11 percent.

                   • The commercial group had a ratio of 24.34 percent of total power distribution, or
growth of 6.78 percent, from the government’s measures to stimulate the economy and tourism
